PlaySys Interaction Framework
The PlaySys Interaction Framework is a suite of internal tools developed by PlaySys to support a wide range of interactive projects. Its foundation is based on a structured, modular, and adaptable set of resources, initially created in 2007. Over the years, the framework has been continuously refined, enhanced, and maintained, integrating new functionalities that can be applied to virtually any digital project.
Artistic Tools
Tools and scripts for UV unwrapping, texturing, lightmapping, vertex painting, shading, and LOD management.
Interaction Tools
Dialogue and inventory systems, camera control, and character management for single and multiplayer digital experiences.
Lighting Tools
Custom photometric .ies lights generation and creation of ad-hoc static or animated HDR .exr images, to be used for IBL rendering.
Data Tools
Data parsing of user preferences or encrypted save and load file operations on desktop, mobile devices, and consoles.
